He will not turn Bullish. He gave himself plenty of wiggle room even as prices head to the ATH. His now primary bearish wave count posits that Wave B of a large ABC is in play. So he will cling to a possible ABC flat or an Expanded ABC. See the two diagrams below. In both examples the overhead line would start with the SPX ATH. BTW I also look for technical patterns to support my wave counts. Breeze
