Heard that in the 70’s 80’s 90’s ect ect.... I’m sure you’ve got evidence that will back up your claim.

Meanwhile gas was sub $1.90/gallon 3 years ago because of supply being increased. Once supply is ramped back up again and refineries UN shuttered & or built those prices will return.
