Interesting question… the result of 1 of the many patriots that worked in the #45 admin has born this : project2025.org

What Paul Dans found was an army of fiefdoms that actually forces the duly elected POTUS to follow the 2 million strong permanent bureaucracies dictates instead of the other way around.

This time we will be prepared and on day 1 an executive order will be signed which will remove that administrative morass and replace it with patriots amounting to a substantial reduction of said bureaucracy.
