That is a tax issue. I ran a very profitable business for 14 years - so, I know that. Also, some of the capex can be financed. So, his statements don’t mean a thing imho. EDIT: I am neutral in the Gm fight since I don’t know all the issues. But what he wrote - trying to connect profits to capex is not correct - or at least too naive.
