Hi Kirk, That's where good to great parents come in. It also is the key missing ingredient in our urban areas in certain ethnicities. i.e. Asian vs blacks. Asians score highest on tests and mostly black urban schools keep hitting new lows. It's the parents! Ben Carsons proves it to me. Bob
