Yes, I think I DO get the point. These kinds of investigations are, in some way, not being conducted properly. A great deal of money is spent; results are uninteresting to say the very least.

Though you must agree: trading arms for hostages is a tad more serious--in terms of the nation--than having been involved in a sleazy real estate deal.
