Gold stocks, as measured by the GDX, may have just bottomed.
Inverse head and shoulders pattern.
YTD, GDX is flat but gold is higher by approx 7%.

Seasonally, gold stocks do well from mid November thru early March.

Based on fundamental factors, my favorite senior is Agnico Eagle (AEM), with all of its mines in Tier 1 jurisdictions.
