Chelsea, Can We Start Bombing Now?

The Clinton administration is having a tough time scheduling an attack on Iraq, what with having to worry about moonlight, Muslim holy days, and parents' weekend at Stanford, according to a front-page story in the New York Times. It seems that the President and First Lady are planning to visit Stanford for parents' weekend, which runs from February 25 to March 1, and that this may get in the way of war.
