So far living in the house on the upper floor. Two rooms remain livable our large bedroom (which my parents built for my grandmother to live with us), but died before it occurred. Then my parents master bedroom which is reserved for visitors, seldom used but always ready. My long time childhood friend just had a nephew die from cancer. They'll stay her for the funeral next week - visiting from Nebraska. The other two bedrooms are packed to the hilt with lower floor furniture and the items from the kitchen. We'll move the fridge and stove top to the basement (very small).Jan has emptied the kitchen cabinets to a few plates and bowls and some pyrex. Our dining room table is moved up to our bedroom and has a microwave, instant pot, and mini fridge. We'll be crammed into a small like apartment from now till summer. Go out to eat a lot and deal withit.LOL

Jan has really worked hard making her dream country home become as good as it can be. Really proud of her efforts.

After the lower floor is done , we'll add another room on top of the hill adjacent to the upper floor. Then we'll move our nicer furniture (Jan's Baby Grand) from Houston to Wisconsin and we'll have room for some of it. Going from 4800 square feet to 3000 will require some elimination of things we've acquired over the years. Time to downsize and simplify. Sadly I think our Houston home will be sold. I love it and it has been the longest place I've ever lived in.

Gonna be fun and work!

When Covid liabilities get understood, Pharma may be the next super dip and time to buy. It would surprise all.

Probably give it several years for the B wave to top, and then count 5 waves down for the C wave.

It has been a long trip of wealth building and determined long term investment.

We need to write a will and have discussions I've resisted even thinking about.

How to give it away to do some good and NOT pay our wasteful government a penny more than necessary.

Sad to think that way.

We've certainly been blessed.

Knowing gifted people, and being determined, and frugal has paid off so far.

Greatly appreciate your friendship and Breezes.
