It was created by a lab, and either intentionally released into the world (see Tenchu's Thoughts: How To Plandemic), or unintentionally released due to an accident or shoddy practices. Hence we don't need to prepare for the next pandemic, according to the Q. Such preparations are simply excuses to take over all of society and bend humanity to the will of the eViL gLoBaLiStS. Instead, the solution is to get tough on China, blame them for releasing COVID-19 on the whole world, and make them pay for it.
