Good Morning Kirk,

Great chart. Looks like a rotation to the Russell would be a good hunting ground.

BUT, I've heard that a lot of small banks are tucked in there? Not really sure about that.

I do believe that the market will do fine as long as rotation occurs.

When the whole works is heavy, we'll find a weak link and reset value.

Excess debt and cost of servicing - we might even have to do on a budget.

That'll bring it down.

We've been warned about it so long, that we all are numb to that cry!

May well get triggered by a government shut down.

Then all law abiding citizen will need to ammo up.

Those on the dole will be violent and do desperate deeds.

I'm not expecting them to just get a job.

There are 10 million of them that can not legally get a job.
