I try to always stay positive, but to be honest I don't see a way out for America until we hit rock bottom. Basically it's a version of prisoners dilemma. In domestic affairs, any politician that doesn't cater to special interest to buy votes will be out of office. And in foreign affairs foreign lobbies get the US to do their dirty work for them. And again, anyone who'd try to stand in their way loses, so everyone toes the line.

It's depressing...let me have another glass and feel better ;)
