What is the difference between asked and told?
...asking for something is the same as requesting it, whereas telling someone to do something is the same as instructing or ordering them

It is CERTAINLY encouraging hiring illegal aliens as Mountain View is not a sanctuary city so the immigration enforcers COULD go in, arrest everyone and deport them.


So why are you arguing against punishing businesses that cooperate with the above ask and hire illegal immigrants?
