Have you looked at using Reddit or considered buying the stock when it goes public?

I took a quick look at it when the Wall Street Bets group made headlines and have an account, but it seems mostly noise to me. I somehow get a daily summary of some stuff there, not sure what I did to get this or how it is filtered, but it just doesn't seem to have the utility of LinkedIn for finding jobs or workers or Meta for finding friends and past work collogues or worse.... checking out exes in the hope they got fat!

I've tried to get into IPOs in the past but lost the lotteries to get initial allocations. Some stocks that I wanted anyway, like SFM, I bought much later at a lower average price when the excitement wore off and there was tax loss selling.



It might be an age thing where I'm too much a geezer to find utility in some of these sites where you probably need teen friends to show you the tricks to navigate to useful stuff for our interests...
