A lot of us think the same way.

The question is how do you deliver benefits to "those who need it" while still encouraging them to get more education, work smarter, and move up the pay and self sufficiency scale?

Obamacare has a very large disincentive to make more money and get income above the subsidy level, especially for older workers. Many other programs completely cut off benefits at certain income levels which makes the incremental tax hit huge if the workers legally report income.
