The only counterargument I saw to this analogy is that the rules SHOULD be different between Trump and Brandon (or Trump and Hillary).

But then if everything is different, then your original statement above, "You can't charge Trump and not charge Biden" becomes moot.

Like I said, if it weren't for double standards, Trump supporters would have no standards.

Except the standard that Trump is above the law.
