SF Golden Gate Bridge now open after hours of blocking for protest. Other major Bay Area freeways are still closed by Hamas/Palestinian sympathetic protestors. On blocking traffic for political protest or nuisance side shows. Peaceful protest in the proper place is great and part of what makes our country great. But stealing time from others who have to get to work to make a living or get to medical appointments for life saving procedures in completely unacceptable. It should be a felony to block traffic due to $25/hr per person per hour delayed easily meets $1,000 threshold. Confiscate the cars and put participants in jail until they pay restitution to the people they delay in traffic. Don't let them out of jail until they or their backers pay the restitution plus cost of police & CHP. I feel the same penalty should apply to side shows. IF I were stuck in traffic and had to soil my pants or defecate on the street after hours of waiting, I'd want the protestors or sideshow participants thrown off the bridge. The hatred of the Jews and Israel by much of the world population is finally being shown worldwide. Note none of the protestors asked for the Hamas Palestinians to release the hostages that were taken with they invaded Israel, raped their women, killed many {thousands?) and took their hostages back to Palestine/Gaza to hide behind cooperative civilians and then cry foul when Israel strikes back. This all seems planned much like suicide bombers who have little regard for others.
