PFE Wave Count Update. If Wave 3 of (C) of (2) is complete then Wave 4 is in play with a target of 36.90. It's a countertrend move and may not achieve that obj. Breeze

I'm tempted to raise my nets at this support level rather than wait for the H&S top target for a full bite.

Of course, I'm often too bullish and too early to buy pullbacks, but some indicators have actually reached start to nibble levels... Intel also went up today so maybe others are thinking the same.
