Then why are corporations allowed to have free speech or make political donations? ====== Under U.S. law, some essential rights of the 14th amendment belong not only to American citizens, but also corporations—thanks to a few key Supreme Court cases and a controversial legal concept known as corporate personhood. ======= BUT the supreme court for this was a decision that may have been bought out and most likely was based on false testimony. No time to research it. But I'm sure you can use google as well as I can.
