DoubleClick to price after market close Thursday

NEW YORK, Feb 18 (Reuters) - DoubleClick's hot initial public offering is tentatively scheduled to price after the market close on Thursday for trading on Friday, according to lead underwriter Goldman Sachs.

The Internet advertiser will offer 2.5 million shares. It raised the total number of shares from 2.3 million, according to an amended filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission dated January 27.

The shares are currently estimated to price in range of $12 to $14 each, according to the regulatory filings. IPO analysts are expecting rich premiums when the stock opens for trading.

Shares are expected to trade under the symbol ''DCLK'' on the Nasdaq. Other underwriters include BT Alex. Brown and Cowen & Co.
