jim.
true enough, i passed on the word of that particular talking head. well then, for what it's worth, my take: i agree we would see an initial spike from sheer nervous relief. beyond that, and i have already experienced this in one of my sector relevant holdings, the action will remain a function of greed, where related in any way (real or imagined) to a military initiative, i.e. until the perception changes: or when, the action is taking too long, or it is not going well... as the euphoria dissipates in fear, the street will no longer tolerate the exposure, for it has then deteriorated to just another condition rife with uncertainty and risk.( now a risk$$$ the street can feel directly) and, we know how uncertainty plays out... so jim, there's my take. |
