Duncan, Ah, Vincent Bugliosi, former L.A. DA and Manson prosecutor. He then went on to become a criminal defense attorney. When I look at the people he has represented over the years and how they fared in court, all I can say is that I'm glad he was Manson's prosecutor nad not his defender. I rarely agree with Bugliosi's conclusions, but I think he and Gerry Spence are about as good as it can get. In your post about Democrats and Republicans and cutting taxes, this is one area in which JFK is due his credit. JFK actually did cut taxes. Was he the last President to do so? I'm really not sure. Unfortuantely, I missed the PBS special on the Kennedys, but will be sure to catch in on reruns. Ironic thought: I have the tape of the mock trial of Lee Harvey Oswald put on by Showtime Television several years ago. Vincent Bugliosi and Gerry Spence were the opposing attorneys in that mock trial. I just did remember that. Holly
