I talked to Bob Bateman this morning to get an update. I couldn't seem to squeeze out more than what is already known from the most recent news release (he was very elusive and gave an air of secrecy). However, if there are any specific questions that you folks want answered, let me know and I'll do my best (since I understand there is no 1-800 number, but the company is in my home town).

No promotional activities are underway at this time, but a news release is expected "hopefully" next week (promoterese for two weeks?). This release will describe the "unique contract" with a well-known geologist in more detail. Why is it unique? Apparently, the geologist is usually paid up-front for his work, but in this instance, he will be paid upon success (which I guess is an indication that he is confident about the presence of Au and Ag in the Mexican claims). When I asked about the claim in Southern Alberta that the said geologist was supposed to bring along, he affirmed this detail but did not want to elaborate. I'm not sure what to make of this apparent "secrecy".

Resumption of mining in Chihuahua, Mexico (Dakota's recent high-grade 300 ha acquisition) will take place in several weeks, once the transfers and paperwork are completed. Nice thing is that winter freeze-up doesn't happen in Mexico, so mining will not be a problem in coming months.
