I don't have data to back up this, but I think it is rare for a test of a low after recovering over the 50% Fib level... certainly the 61.8% is rarer. As you say, odds favor a new high but if we go back to the lows... I think we'd ring up more fear. It doesn't matter unless I take profits first but my buy back price might be below the Aug low. We'll see. You have the VP talking about price fixing that failed in the USSR, Venezuela and places like Oakland and other chitholes with rent control... so anything can happen depending on politics out of our control.

I saw a news piece the other day about a couple complaining of rats in a chithole apartment in Oakland where they had all sorts of crap spread all over inside... and it turns out their rent was something like $780 a month! You'd think the owner could barely pay property taxes on this and yet they act like the owners should "fix up the place."
