To be a homeowner is not a right. It requires frugal saving early on in life. No expensive experiences, no $8.00 lattes every morning, a bag lunch and a down payment and then refinancing to a 15 year from a 30 year. After 20 years you are a homeowner.
If you can't do that, you are renter class.
Next big banks will be sued for redlining and we have another GFC coming!
These freebees must be minimized, or they will once again become too expensive for ALL homeowners
