Yes they have a comprehensive support center. Better than stock charts. I did not. When I sent them the link they were able to view the entire chart. Someone sent me a screenshot and when I saved it and attached it they saw a complete chart. So did I. Another member sent me an email and they had no issue with viewing the chart on both his MS and Apple PC.
