Nevin: >>may be another buying opp<< Was thinking the same after seeing the headline: "Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP Announce Class Periods for Class Action Complaints" today for literally the 4th time! It's the same announcement every time just stating the dates of the class action. Looked it up today and the pattern is every friday, with the exception of the first announcement on a Thursday from that firm. 1/29, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20 & let's see about next friday. This stock has pretty effectively been held down by repeating the same news for a month (of course with the Symbios exception).
