You apparently have a misunderstanding on what the initial post said. The preferred shares are what I purchased, not the common. I would not pay $.875 for shares that will be worth $.84. Geezz!

In plain english - I paid $.875 for Preferred shares (XLCCP), in expectation of getting $2.09 back. Shareholders are expected to vote in mid March, pending an OK from the SEC for the proxy statement. The only thing that will prevent me from making money with this is if shareholders vote it down.
