Xerographic Laser Images Corp (OTC:BB - XLCC), has agreed to merge with a subsidiary of Oak Tecknology. The terms of the buyout include payment to preferred shareholders of $2.09 per share. The current ask for XLCCP are $.875. He who buys in at this price will have a gross gain of 138%. Shareholders are to meet in March to vote. I bought my shares today.
