I did a little more DD on this. XLI has been producing and shipping a working ASIC. XION is still a customer, the product is for real. I believe this is a classic neglect story. No PR hype, no analysts, no market maker interest, just individuals doing alot of digging. Given XLI's total obscurity I am not surprised to see there is value here. How did you come across XLI? Its a great find.
