Daniel, the underlying "technology" isn't selling for a variety of reasons and most of the excuses were cashed in long ago. Eventually, you have to call it like you see it and although I've approached the information with an open mind, there's little to be hopeful for now. The hangers-on are very aggressive toward those who hold such opinions; I'm sure you'll agree that's a strong indicator: of weakness. In the past, they've been able to create the illusion of "unique" technology with a continual stream of techno-babble and credible-sounding links to growth in telecommuting. Sadly, it's all ringing rather hollow as more and better products douse whatever hope the product might have had in the limited markets for which it actually serves a purpose. I hope I'm not overstating the case, but the results speak for themselves. Surely we can all agree on that if not the details of precisely why the product has been an abject failure.
