Could you explain how TRUMP did that? My recollection is there was a massive bill, $2.2 Trillion dollars, passed by Congress. It spewed money and in a state of panic, the Senate passed the bill 96-0.

That was horrible legislation. Trump had no option with the Senate at 96-0; he couldn't stop it no matter what. And it would have been political suicide for anyone to have done so. It was a huge failure of the congress and the senate.

A total fucking waste of money other than the $100B in support for medical. The other two trillion was crap.

He made one really big mistake, which was going along with a two week shutdown to "flatten the curve". Which was obvious at the time:
