I'll be 68 in April and my BP is often 105/60s... I joke about it but the stress is more complicated than BP.

I bought a "Garmin fenix 7X Pro Sapphire Solar, Multisport GPS Smartwatch"
amzn.to
this spring to replace a 10 yr old Garmin smart watch that finally stopped charging.

I spent up to try and figure out why I was so tired.

The watch taught me I exercised too hard (windsurfing) and don't get enough sleep.
Duh! I listen to pro athletes in great shape like Nick Bosa and they say how important a LOT of sleep is to recovery.

So... since buying in the spring I work on more sleep and have done well improving
but another feature it has is it measures things like skin temperature and pulse during the day to estimate stress. It seems most of what I do, especially the stock stuff, adds high stress! I may have to give up some of this and do yoga again.

Now during the Winter it says I exercise about right and could use a bit more high aerobic to improve fitness, so I am back to using my elliptical once a week or so to get a high HR workout. WHen I windsurf, oddly I can average HR between 140 and 160 for an hour it is so much fun I don't feel the pain I guess.

Good luck with your Afib tests. My resting HR was in the high 50s (60 to 90 is normal but young, pro athletes can get into low 40s) until I started this remodel. Now I'm in the low 60s and not sleeping as well, but not a worry other than the stress should be lower overall.
