69 in May young whipper snapper !! :)

don't get enough sleep. YES!!! and also the regularity of sleep schedule..

my sleep habits were atrocious ,, at one time during divorce (things were messed up financially) I was working 60+ hrs at my Garden biz.. (Retirement job 1 :)Then Covid hit so I was working PT at a HD nights,, between two jobs was not much sleep in summer..

anyway that is partly why I got the watch, also have a weigh scale that measures fat, muscle, bone etc etc

Good luck with your Afib tests. Yes it's confirmed. Spoke with GP Friday as mentioned.. got a call from cardio clinic this AM 7:30. Choice of times TODAY.. so was in/out 9-9:45.. had a second appointment 11:40 for standard checkup bloods etc.. Heart clinic took care of that also saving me second bloods appointment later today. So all bloods were good as heart clinic phoned me back with all results.. At the heart clinic the AFib was confirmed. not clots, infection etc.. Actually she said all my results were great except for creatine which is normal for me. I have had kidney stones (common calcium oxalate) stones since 19 and sponge kidney.. So my creatine is always borderline. They also booked me with cardiologist for next week,

as I said I go with the private GP for speed of response wrt appointment. .. then I can get assessment with doc quickly and can discuss urgency immediately . Peace of mind that is !.. rest of testing, cardiologist etc is provincial health care.. pretty snappy service,, If your issues are not urgent though it is the opposite here often.. I have stitched myself together quite a few times to avoid the hell of emergency.. Oh and the anti coagulant is Apo-Apixaban, complete with bleeding warning including nosebleeds and gums..

68/69 when we were kids this was OLD :)
