It's entertainment of a slow motion car crash type that just draws you in - but La Streisand is fair game. She's well known for her own diva vitriol and is widely despised by people who know and have worked with her over the years.

Remember the scene she made at the Oscars a while back when she first refused to sing her song because she wasn't nominated in other categories and then tried to get in at the last moment, even though Celine Dijon (with her far better voice) had just spent the last day rehearsing to do it? Well, La Streisand grandly left just before Celine's performance (supposedly she had to take a big dump) and Billy Crystal ad-libbed an allusion to that, saying what class Madonna had shown by singing her nominated song despite the disappointment of receiving none of the other expected nominations.

At that point the camera cut to the reseated Steisand and got a primo reaction shot - and they got it big time with Brolin giving the finger to the camera and Streisand acting still constipated but now outraged, both mouthing four-letter epithets.
- Thanks Billy, your best since "Didn't inhale ... Right".

Let face it, Streisand has turned even her capon, James Brolin, into a figure of derision. I wonder what she has on him that he would accept the unenviable position of Mr. Streisand.

My only guess is that her friends Bill and Hillary provided her with the requisite FBI files from their large collection.
