Berk, here's the model. Create a spreadsheet and compute the factors as the results on this report are rounded up. Also I may have made a typo in the expressions but the first table are the results of the model so you can compare your spreadsheet to it. Also I corrected my model since I posted the BABA chart. I should have used a factor of 0.382 instead of 0.38. That 28.44 is a rounded up number. Use the cell that computes that number in your spreadsheet.
