7ktf, here's a SOUN Wave Count Update on a Logarithmic Chart. Note Minute Wave (circle) iii exceeded my 161.8% price extension projection. Minute Wave (circle) iv has retraced beyond a typical 38.2% retracement.

If prices continue to decline below 10.25 then this wave count will be invalidated. If that occurs then It's possible that the move off 3.95 is Waves (i) and (ii) of a Minute Wave (circle) iii meaning that Minute Wave (circle) iii has a higher target. Breeze
