I believe Pam Bondi if confirmed as AG will do just that. Perhaps a special prosecutor to conduct that investigation. Unfortunately the J6 committee records were deleted. But if subpoenaed those pardoned would have to testify without ability of invoking the 5th. But expect the MSM to charge his DOJ with political prosecution.

If the investigation leads to proving wrong doing by those pardoned then I wonder if those prosecuted can bring civil suits against the wrong doers? Pardons to not apply to civil suits. Imagine civil suits being brought in red states.
