It doesn't matter because in that picture the guy's head is bulging with the bullet about blow the far side of his head away. My friend's son had a .45. Some friends showed up with some beer and he started playing with his gun. To show how safe it was with the clip out he stuck it in his mouth, cocked the hammer and pulled the trigger forgetting the round he had chambered earlier. Not only did the back of his head hit the wall but most of his brains. Even though they were not in the bullets path, the pressure blew his eyes out.
