Zeev,

The Asset figure of $1149M does include $200M Goodwill and so does the new Net Worth amount. This is how they will be reflected on a new balance sheet, but most would agree that Goodwill is a "phony" asset. Its only value is in its amortization which decreases taxable earnings without decreasing cash flow.
