Hi Kirk,

I'll get out of Cohu completely.

They dropped their dividend and are buying back stock, but also diluting the stovk holders with options candy, so the buyback sounds better than it is.

I have a list of stcoks that I'd like to swap out and further build my dividend revenue stream.

I had sold a lot of Cohu for Cypress semi which got bought out by Infineon.

I had also done the same thing with BRKS and rode their run up into a 8 bagger.

I've owned the Cohu way back and have a low cost basis.

I finally got over my love affair with Cohu after I could have bot Amat when it dipped below Cohu's price. Ditto TER.

Finally I did swap out a lot with Cypress semi and brks.

Since then Cohu has dropped their dividend.

The price has moved up, but is not yet stable.

I like to have a plan such that if the value evolves I'll trade arouond several other names.

I've done that off and on with AMKOR and COHU. At least they pay a dividend.

If I get another run up in Cohu, I'll add some more VX which is yielding 7% after selling some 38 and 40 puts and getting the shares assigned.

I like that approach.

Qualified dividends are my favorite approach to equities as my ownership in the Chrysler Dodge Ram store in Texas boosts my passive income.

The taxes on ETF money funds or treasuries are like renting Dollars. You get interest twice a year and have to make quarterly estimates four times a year.

On the positive side, yesterday we had the first electrical inspection and sailed through just fine. Tuesday next week all of the windows will be delivered and installed the next week. The pex and warmboard are installed but yet need to be installed in a new manifold to the boiler.

Cabinets are being built. We added two bathroom remodels upstairs and one is gutted and plumbing is in.

Looks like we'll finish phase on in April and go straight into phase two with the hopes of all getting done by fall.

Days with no contractors in the house allow mew to get some restoration finished up on my 57 Corvette (which is challenging and relaxing to me). I've owned it for 3 years this summer and will have it ready for cruising this summer. That will give 4 complete restorations and three old Corvette projects to finish up.

We're getting 4 inches of snow today. Very Pretty.

Bob
