I personally don't see INTC as a dead cat.

My first thought when it started to recently move higher was that the new CEO was about to be announced.

Then we get the Vance bump and now the possible TSM buy in? Nothing to see here just yet. Right now INTC while far from a dead cat is simply a range bound stock that has become overbought.
