POET is down in the noise at 0.03% and doesn't make the heat map of top holdings,

Of course not since POET's total market cap is only $319M. As of the most recent 13F, Renaissance owns 0.73% of POET common vs 1.05% of PLTR common. An interesting comparison is Susquehanna who holds net PLTR (calls minus puts) at $2.38M versus POET calls only of $21.8M. I wonder why they would make such a risky bet on a tiny company?
