They had an opportunity to go reciprocal -maybe still do?

They better get with fair trade, or they will lose the # 1 market.

Niche cars like Ferrari and Lambo will still sell everything they make.

Big lesson to learn is never allow environmentalist eliminate your ability to be competitive i.e. Germany.

All too often there are nefarious intentions vs. the sanctity of protecting the environment.

Build a high quality modern plant in America for American buyers made by American workers. Even get a lower tax rate - A good incentive.

To hide behind tariffs that eliminate any competition is NOT FAIR TRADE!

They have it coming. IMHO

Almost all OEM's have quit making cheap small cars due to the legislated demands veiled under "safety" and "emissions durability" have made all auto's available in the USA expensive.
