IMO, Trump has been clear. Reciprocal tariffing is the model. That said, you are correct about the perception of a thought exercise causing ripples. I am in supply chain, most manufacturing leaders are holding onto projects until the water is not so murky. Surprisingly it appears retailers may have turned a corner based on point of sale trajectory in Q1.
