Interesting chart. The guy made a study of what happens when Gold runs too far above its long term 36 month MA. Well what happens is that the rally eventually runs out of steam and reverses.

Notice that on a few occasions it ran way above the 36 moma. Which doesn’t mean, of course, that this must happen this time. The rally is extended. I have a position in Gold, will watch my trendlines and ma’s.
