And this. One thing to consider is that the US was always the leader in Semiconductors. Over the last several years, China - in part, because of ill advised sanctions - has been making huge efforts to develop their own semi industry. They’re turning from the largest buyer of US chips into a major global competitor.

It could be that waiting for SMH to lead SPY may no longer be helpful.
