Was just discussed on FBN and I caught part of it. One host said that other countries dictate to the pharm companies the price they will pay, and the pharm cos. then jack up the price to the U.S. to make up the difference -- but until Trump started standing up for the U.S., there wasn't any pushback here. I'm no expert, but it would seem that his real leverage besides his bully pulpit is Medicare and Medicaid drug payments, which isn't chickenfeed.

So, other countries' gov'ts tell the pharm cos. what they can or will pay. Why not the U.S., too?
