Okay you win, Surething. I'll admit that I asssumed for a moment that Monica may have been telling the truth when she said on the tape that she had a semen-stained dress. I apologise for being so naive as to believe that someone with close ties to the White House may have been telling the truth. Thanks for the wake-up call. What can I say, I'm slipping.

Naturally, nobody here has personally heard the tapes, but we all we have to go on is what the media feeds us. The media says that's what the tape says. I apologise for assuming that the media may have have been telling the truth. Undoubtedly it will come out that their "source" for that was a field agent of the right-wing conspiracy. Well, we'll probably find out the truth of that eventually, but mean-time in order to have any kind of discussion, we have to assume that somewhere, sometime, someone might be telling the truth. That we're dealing with close associates of the Clinton administration doesn't help us any in that assumption, but we do what we can with what we have.
