Kenneth W. Starr has three credits by his name in the
George Washington University yearbook: his fraternity, dean's
list, and Young Democrats.
Wait a minute, we thought Hillary Rodham Clinton charged
that Mr. Starr -- appointed to investigate the repeated
statements by Monica Lewinsky about repeated sex with
President Clinton -- was part of a vast right-wing conspiracy?
Yet, as a student at George Washington, Mr. Starr was a
certified member of the Young Democrats, supporting Hubert
Humphrey in 1968. Several years before, while a member of
the Young Democrats at Harding University, he in fact
campaigned for Lyndon Johnson.
